Curried Chicken Balls

1 cup mashed potatoes, chilled
1 can (5 ounces) boned chicken
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
1/2 cup minced parsley

Combine potatoes, chicken, cream cheese, salt, curry powder, and pepper in medium bowl; blend well. Shape into 28 1 inch balls. Combine almonds and parsley in small bowl; mix lightly. Roll each ball in almond-parsley mixture to coat. Arrange on serving tray. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
