Spicy Potato Peels

3 large baked potatoes, hot
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon onion juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper (optional)

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving 1/2 inch thick shell.
Use knife to cut shells into 1/2 inch strips.
Place strips on baking sheet.
Combine butter, onion juice, and Worcestershire, Brush on strips.
Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, if desired.
Broil 5 inches from heat, 5 to 7 minutes, or until strips are golden brown.
Serve warm.
