Tiffany Chips

Ingredients
3 large potatoes, do not peel
1/2 cup catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup soft bread crumbs

Directions
Oven:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut each potato horizontally into 8 equal slices.
Arrange potato slices on lightly greased baking sheet; place potato ends cut-side up; set aside.
Combine catsup, mustard, and paprika in small bowl; blend well.
Brush mixture on potato slices.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on each slice.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serve warm.

Microwave:
Prepare slices as directed above.
Place slices on microwave safe plate.
Cook on High 6 to 8 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
