American Fried Hash Browns
6 medium baked or boiled potatoes, chilled
3 tablespoons butter, margarine or vegetable oil
1-2 Medium Onions, chopped (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick or chop into
1/4 in chunks.
Melt butter in skillet.
Sauté potatoes and onion, until golden brown.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper or other favorite dry seasoning.
Try sautéed with mushrooms or bell peppers!
Servings: 4 to 6
