4 large or 6 medium potatoes (do not peel)
Favorite dry seasoning like cilantro, dill, garlic salt, basil, salt
& pepper or onion powder
Butter or margarine (if desired)
Place potatoes in a microwave safe bowl
with at least one inch of water above the potatoes.
Heat on high for 11 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Place potatoes in saucepan with at least one inch of water above the
potatoes. Cook over medium-high heat on the stovetop until tender.
Drain water and place on flat serving tray.
Use the flat bottom of a glass to gently "smash" each potato
Sprinkle with dry season and drizzle with melted butter (if desired).
