- Simply serve with butter and salt and
- Mash with sour cream and garlic powder
or roasted garlic for garlic mashed potatoes, no need to peel.
- Loaded baked potatoes (sour cream,
shredded Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, butter)
- Mexican potatoes (taco meat, salsa,
sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, black olives, chopped onion)
- Chili and cheese potatoes (leftover
chili and shredded Cheddar cheese)
- Veggie topped potatoes (steamed
broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans or corn with butter and
cheese if desired)
- Steam, chill in ice water, dice/slice
and fry with onion and butter or oil for
American Fried Hash Browns.
